MVNO: mobile communication services for third-party suppliers
MVNO stands for Mobile Virtual Network Operator. In essence, this means that KPN Group Belgium offers network access to third party suppliers, enabling them to market mobile products under their own brand name. We provide the communication services that enable our wholesale partners to operate under their own brand name and via their own distribution channels. KPN Group Belgium Wholesale offers both pre and post-paid MVNO.
Alongside MVNOs, KPN Group Belgium also has MVNEs or Mobile Virtual Network Enablers. In this case, our partners are mini-operators engaged in their own service development projects on their own platforms that are subsequently connected to the KPN Group Belgium network. MVNEs are predominantly oriented towards smaller target groups.
